Domestic imported silicone hoses use imported raw materials, such as Dow Corning from the United States and Shinyue from Japan. The products have passed ROHS and FDA international environmental protection level professional testing, and have excellent high-temperature yellowing resistance. The transparency of the products after vulcanization is close to full transparency, and they are odorless after one extrusion vulcanization. Generally, there is no need for secondary sulfur addition, and they can completely replace platinum vulcanizing agents without frost spraying. Suitable for extrusion of high-quality silicone products such as fully transparent or colored silicone tubes, sheets, and strips. The products are resistant to aging or yellowing due to long-term use such as light, UV, heat, and water. Special note: Can be used for precipitation rubber and high tensile gas phase silicone rubber extrusion hot air vulcanization, without generating bubbles.

The performance of domestic silicone hoses is slightly inferior to that of imported ones, with lower tensile resistance and less bright color compared to domestic imported silicone strips. With the same hardness, domestic imported silicone hoses have better elasticity.
